Enrolled AEA students will be picked up at the AEA walking gates (1st and 2nd–5th grade gates) on Wednesdays at 12:30 PM by a chaperone or volunteer parent and walk over to the Rec Center. The walk is about ten minutes with very little traffic.

Students not enrolled at AEA need to be dropped off at the Rec Center at 1:00 PM.

Parents pick up their children at 3:00 PM at the Rec Center (or at 4:00 PM for registered aftercare students).

WHAT TO EXPECT
Have fun IN German and have fun WITH German: speak and listen, write and read, expand your grammar skills and vocabulary, learn about German culture through stories and music.

After class ends at 3:00 PM, children can stay for aftercare or expand their skills on the recorder (for an additional fee).

WHAT TO BRING
Class notebook (provided) and recorder (if taking lessons).

CLASS DATES
Jan 14 through May 13, 2026 (no classes on March 25 and Apr 1, Spring Break)

$515 per semester (16 2-hour classes)*

Add-on options:

+$160 for aftercare (3–4:00 PM weekly)

+$240 for aftercare including 30-minute recorder lessons (3–4:00 PM weekly)

* Fee covers all materials.
